Kirk View sleeps up to 4 guests.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one room has a King Size  zip/link bed which can also be arranged as two singles if required ( please let us know when you make your booking ). The second room has two single beds.

Each bedroom has TV and Tea/ Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer and USB charging point.

The bathroom, situated between the two bedrooms, has a Shower, WC, Basin and Heated towel rail.

The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen/ diner, with Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge freezer,  Dishwasher, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine and Slow Cooker.

Kirk View does NOT have a Washing Machine. 

There is a small but comfortable snug, with TV and DVD player .

Electric, Gas and Wi-fi are included in the cost of your rental.

Kirk View has its own private entrance and large garden. 

We supply Bedding, Towels and Tea Towels, all of our linen is hand finished on site.

This cottage is dog friendly , we are happy to welcome one well behaved dog  ( no puppies please ). There is a small charge of £15 for your dog, please inform us at time of booking if you would like to bring your pet.

Large  Private Car Park.

Bike / fishing tackle storage shed /Bait freezer.

Ferngrove Arrival time is 3pm, unless you have made a prior arrangement for early check in.
Departure time is 10am, please respect this departure time

so that we have ample time to service the accommodation ready for new arrivals.

Our arrival and departure days are flexible, our minimum stay is for three nights.

2024 TARIFF

Two guests @ £70 per night

Four guests @ £90 per night.

We will require a £50 deposit to secure your booking.

We do not charge a booking fee.

PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING if you wish to bring a pet. We do have our own canine member of the family.
 

Please do not leave your dog ( or children ) unattended in the house or garden.
